About the Night Diver Course

The underwater world can look completely different after dark. Familiar dive sites take on a new atmosphere, marine life behaves differently and the beam of your torch reveals details you might not notice during the day.

The Night Diver course introduces you to the skills and preparation involved in diving after sunset. You'll learn how to prepare your equipment, communicate with your buddy using lights, navigate in reduced visibility and manage the different considerations of a night dive.

Across two days and four open-water training dives, you'll have the opportunity to build your experience and confidence while discovering a different side of scuba diving. Training takes place at either Wraysbury or Vobster, depending on arrangements and availability.
